Nebraska Innovation Zone Commission

Alex Garvin & Associates conducted a visioning workshop on the future of the I-80 corridor between Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska.  The workshop identified opportunities for transforming the corridor into a mixed-use public realm combining vehicular and bicycle transportation with pedestrian destinations that would create a new kind of place for 21st century Nebraska to revisit its 20th century heritage. The state commission that hosted the workshop includes representatives from the communities along the route.
