This 150-acre site, currently farmland, sits just outside Washington's Capital Beltway. GB Development and Toll Brothers are preparing to build thousands of units of new housing and retail on the surrounding property, and they have hired Alex Garvin & Associates to design a new park to serve as the heart of this new community. Our firm is working with the developers, environmental experts, and Prince George's County officials to create a public park that will add value to the surrounding property, create a sense of place for this area of Prince George's County, and offer future residents a place to relax, recreate, and enjoy each other's company.
