Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce

Alex Garvin and Associates has been hired in coordination with another firm to identify strategic investments in North Omaha, an economically depressed area seeking creative means to revitalize its streets and embrace its rich cultural history. This project is designed to achieve both a self-supporting private market and a neighborhood setting rewarding to its citizens and businesses alike. Throughout the creative process we will meet with the various stakeholders involved, including government officials, business leaders, and the public at large. The purpose of these meetings will be to determine the strengths, weaknesses and opportunities within North Omaha.
